getting flapping noise with crosswind

Hi I have a 2003 EX and I get an ocassional flapping noise in a cross wind. would like to know if anybody with simular problem.

Check the cat or exhaust shield as over time they become loose or the fastners rust.

We noticed it the other day with the right rear window down ....either a wind rushing by thing ?...but it sounded more like a bad tire "broken belt " only noticeable with the window down ....same as your noise ?
