Only happens when pulling out of your garage? Probably has to do with the smooth concrete floor of the garage. Tires tend to squeak when they are turned while on the concrete pad of the garage. Nothing to worry about. It's just how the rubber makes contact with the concrete.

I am fairly sure I read in my owner's manual that the brake pads have squealers on them. The pads may be starting to wear down to the point that the squealer is just starting to make contact when the wheel is turned. Although 13K is not very much mileage for the pads.
