I think you can go to
SIRIUS Radios, SIRIUS antennas, SIRIUS accessories | TSS-Radio and find all the gear you need to switch you XM over to Sirius. I think it is around 100 bucks to be honest I would just go with a plug and play unit that you can use in your house and in your CR-V for about the same amount of money.
