On 10/31/09 I paid $23,200 (before tax) for a 2009 4WD EX Honda CRV. Got it from Desert Honda in Las Vegas.

All CRV's are CARB ULEV-2 certified. No different then anywhere else in the nation. You do not need a smog check on a new vehicle.

We just purchased a Honda CRV 2010 LX 4WD for $21,425 plus $199 accessories (Door edge guard) plus TTL (Oregon $322) in the Portland area.
