actualy i was talking to my friend back our country..
they do upholstery/interior works for cars, i showed him
the cargo cover, i told him if he could make me a couple
coz my other Vs dont have cargo cover.. he needs to get
the OEM cover for it to be copied.. so far hes having no luck
back there..
i asked him to make me a typeR interior cover for my V!
also the material that i would like for my cargo cover will be
the same...so far he cant make me the cover coz theres no one
to copy it from..

thanks for the second pic. now i know the template. so i'm assuming this one hangs unlike the third gen that sits on the preset frame.

Yes, on this cargo cover, there are 2 holes on each side that are drilled into the sideliners and grommets are but in the holes. Then the black rods are put in those hole and then it hangs. They are nice, but the retractable cover is alot nicer.

i havent seen a retractable one for gen.1
care to share some pics??

heres the grommets on the sidings of the cargo area..

if your gonna DIY it, i think you could use those parking guides
with reflectors that you could buy at home depot/lowes, theyre
flexible rods probably made of fiber glass...?!

I need one of those dont i dont like having my trunk soo exposed. I dont have my windows tinted either soo its really viewable. I like the sound of a retractable one
