What are yall's experiences or advice? Are the non-Japanese assembled models more prone to rattle or rapid warranty service?
I've owned an '04 EX and currently own a '06 LX -- the '06 we're VERY pleased with, and both were built in Japan.
Currently I'm trading out of an 8th gen Civic Si, which has left a lot to be desired. It rattles like crazy --sometimes feels like a 4 year old Cavalier.
Thanks in advance!

I can't comment on the build quality of the Mexican vs US vs Japanese CRV models, but, if it's any help, I own an '04 Chrysler PT Cruiser that was made in Mexico and the thing is rock solid, no quality issues at all. They built a darn good car. Not that one factory's quality will translate to another's but it does show good stuff comes out of Mexico. I'm probably going to buy an EX AWD and I really could care less as to where it's made. Hondas have such a good reliability rating that the point is moot.
