V Stalls???

OK, here's my problem. Every once in awhile driving my V shuts off and right away it will start. When it does, the cluster lights shut off as well, as soon as i throw it in nuetral (cluster lights come on)and it starts right up. Took it to honda dealer and they couldn't figure it out since it hasn't triggered the "check engine" yet. Someone told me that it could be the ignition control module. Anyone on this one would be greatly appreciated!

Have you had the ignition switch recall performed on your V?

Ref: Campaign Number: 02V120000 Date: 2002-May-16

"Component: Electrical System: Ignition: Switch
Defect Summary: ON CERTAIN SEDANS, COUPES, HATCHBACKS, AND SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES, ELECTRICAL CONTACTS IN THE IGNITION SWITCH CAN DEGRADE DUE TO THE HIGH ELECTRICAL CURRENT PASSING THROUGH THE SWITCH WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STARTED.
Consequence Summary: WORN CONTACTS COULD CAUSE THE ENGINE TO STALL WITHOUT WARNING, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Corrective Summary: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE IGNITION SWITCH. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN JUNE 14, 2002. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT HONDA AT 1-800-999-1009 OR ACURA AT 1-800-382-2238."

stall?

Thank you so much! That sounds about right. I've had my V over 5 years and the previous owner said all the recalls were taken care of? Thanks again!
