When to buy.... 2009?

So I am very interested in a CRV, but am holding out for a financing or rebate offer since its so late in the year many manufacturers including honda are out with 2009 models and most have financing or incentives on 2008s.

so, i guess im wondering if anyone has any idea when 2009s will come out? or, how about a guess as to when financing or rebates might be announced for 2008s?

That means only 2 more weeks! Wow, I can't believe my CR-V would be considered "old" car now. I wonder if they will have a lot of changes for 2009 models. I am sure they will introduce some new stuff.

From what I've read on another forum, the CR-V actually won't have any changes for 2009, other than the addition of a few colors (and the removal of a few others).

Actually I'm kind of glad, since I bought a 2008 a part of me kept expecting to be very disappointed that I didn't wait for the 2009's.

^Thanks for the information. This may sound funny but I am glad I bought the 2008 model as I like the even numbers. Perhaps that is a bit of "Monk" in me as I enjoy the "Monk" series immensely.

I really like silver color so new color additions will not have been a factor. I do like the European panoramic roof top but I am not sure if I would be willing to pay extra $$$$ for that option if that became available. I think I like mine just the way it is. It is clean and complete.
