2008 CRV xm radio discounts

I got a 3 month trial of XM radio that is about to expire. I called XM today after reading at other sites that you can get a yearly subscription for $77 per year if you ask for it. I tried that today and they responded that they never heard of that and could not do that.Has anyone gotten this discount and how did they do it? Thanks all...

Call back and talk to another person...they are giving you a line of BS if they say they have never heard of this. It takes a bit of perseverance but you can easily get the $77 rate.

Yep. Just keep trying. And don't be afraid to tell that you are fine with the trial running out.

I've got two XM radios (before getting my CR-V two months ago), and I have that deal on both of those radios. I'll do the same when my trial runs out here in a couple of weeks.

I just got the $77 deal on my new CRV, so call back.

They didn't challenge me at all on it. I just asked for it, told them the yearly $150 was not worth it to me and they immediately put in the $77 rate.
