Window not fully closing?

Has anyone has a problem where the drivers electric window doesn't fully close. It is like it runs out of puff near the very top and doesn't quite close.

Anyone else had the same thing?

Honda CR-V 2002 2.0 SE-Sport

Thanks

Window Issue

It would be helpful for you to fill out your location field in your profile. (Click on USER CP up in the left side of the menu bar, then Click on Edit Profile.) I looked at your other post and verified that your V is a UK spec. My suspicion is that the window simply needs adjusted. But searching I found this thread regarding temperature and lubing the window tracks:

Driver's Side Power Window Doesn't Work

Can you physically push the window up? If you lower the window slightly and try putting up, will it go then. You might try lubricating the window channels as described in the other posts. I did several quick searches and that is all I came up with, but I am sure I seen a post similar to this last winter. Try doing some searches. Again my suspicion would be adjustment, but I don't know.

I am sorry you did not get any replies on your previous post, so at least let me welcome you to the club.

Thumbs up

Thanks very much for your kind response. I will update my profile and also try "lubing" the window channel!

Cheers!
