How to replace thermostat knob bulb? - Honda CR-V Owners Club Forums

Good afternoon,-
On my 2006 CRV the thermostat knob bulb has stopped working. Does anyone know how to replace the bulb? Do I have to take the entire dashboard apart?

no, you just have to get the HVAC panel out. start by removing the cubby, then you can remove the HVAC panel.

Hey norespanda,-
Is the cubby the section that coves the radio,cd,tape player? I have visions of taking apart the dash and either braking the plastic or not beign able to get it all back together. You'd think it would be as easy as jut pulling off the knob put in a new bulb and wala all done. It doesn't look that easy
