You have no skin in the game so your repeated posts about the rest of us being negative and complaining accomplishes nothing. If I left my old girlfriend for a new girlfriend I wouldn't keep telling all my friends about how great my old girlfriend was.

With respect, you both missed the point of my post. Granted, I do get wordy. So I take responsibility for not making it more clear. What I wrote:

"...I just hope you all can find something else to help reduce your stress levels...I honestly don't think repeatedly posting how bad Honda is, or how they haven't addressed the issues will do that.

Stay calm, enjoy life, it can be way too short, or filled with way too much pain.
    "

My point is not about me being irritated (a better word would be "saddened") by the repeated negative posts, my point is about YOUR mental well being....you will feel better if you don't dwell on it every day.

I didn't miss anything, my CR-V has no issues. You in contrast, with no CR-V, still feel the urge. I laughed when I read rd's post. You got upset. Chill out, it will help YOUR mental well being.

Putting this comment I closed my post with into context...let me relay what someone who I respect alot said to me:

"For those lucky few that have never had the serious medical issues related to you or a family member... they have no idea what real problems are like."

    Be well.

I filled in a tank of regular and went from 60% oil to Max within 60 miles. If that doesn’t prove things for me I don’t know what will. I never idle so that’s never been a factor. 91 octane from here on out I guess.

As someone who has had a quad bypass and two heart attacks I can say for certain this is absolutely true!

Long but interesting video. A good summary of what owners with OD have experienced.

Just thought I'd check my oil post the product update back on Feb 1, 2019. Was one of the coldest months on record here in Calgary, regular 87 fuel, short trips with very little idle time and oh ya used the block heater.

3600 kms (2236 miles) and all looks good.
