    Here is the negative answer from the UK customer relations department. 2nd rejection.

    I have spoken to the technical department in regards to the AWD query and they have come back to me with the below information:

    We have done a software update on the AWD system which improves the torque to the rear wheels. That is all that is being done for this and there are no plans for a manual lock device.

    I am disapointed not just due to the rejection but also due to the lack of giving reasons to support their rejeciton. They did not even bother checking if a firmware AWD revision is possible to provide this lock mode solution.
