History
have only added the +2 wheels and hd-r radio module.
Upon seeing so many newer model SUV's with +1 and +2 wheels (now stock), the envy resulted in some 2019 Acura RDX wheels on my 2014 ex-l. The wheels have an 8" width and the 225/55/19 tires are an excellent match.

It is a firmer ride (of course), which some may like and others not. I'm happy with it but avoiding potholes is now even higher on my list!

I must say this is probably the best tire / wheel combo I've ever owned. I love em.

was wondering if this change had any accuracy effect on your speedometer or odometer readings.

Hi, sorry late response. The short answer to your question is No, the accuracy is almost exact. One of the many websites that help you calculate this type of information is Tire Size Comparison.

In my setup, with these wheels / tires, the overall diameter goes from (stock) 28.5 to 28.7, which is only a +0.7% difference. That results in the speedo (high end) reading at 90 is actually 90.6 mph, or on the low end reading of 20 and actually being 20.1 - so the difference is almost non existent.

The mileage is similarly affected, almost no difference. I did make note at what mileage tires were put on, so if I sell it I can mention to new owner how to calculate the diff, but it would be a very small amount, nothing to worry about imho.

Cheers
