  1. Miscellaneous / General CR-V Discussions
Hello Fellow CRV Neighbors, Have you all seen this video of a man driving his CRV here in the US (Tulsa, OK) and hitting 980,000 miles? This is mind blowing to say the least. These CRV's are amazing. I know they are known for longevity but this is beyond anything. No engine or transmission...

and all is good. Checked oil several times and seems normal. CRV runs great! Only 1 issue, the ACC does not show the distance bars or front vehicle, but ACC lights up green. Anyone have this issue? Cruise Control works and the LKAS works. THanks in advance! hkpga
  3. Gen 4: 2012-2016 (UK 2012-2017) CR-V
Just turned 100,000 miles on 2013 Honda CRV and was wondering since I had the major check-up at 85,000 is there anything I should need now? No Service Reminders showing. Had drive belt replaced at 70,000. Thanks in advance!
  4. Tires, Wheels, & Suspensions
Just bought a 2016 diesel ('black edition') UK CR-V and am generally very happy. We noticed some low speed noise, only audible on smooth roads and below ~20mph, and a gentle drift to the left on faster roads and so asked the dealer to take a look. They have said the tyres are worn unevenly...

  6. Greetings & Introductions
Good morning.....I live in Madison MS and have just bought my 82 yr old mother a 2012 Honda CR-V with 125,000 miles on it. The car is only used in town. I don't allow her to drive at night nor does she travel on the interstate. I bought the car from my boss (!) and he did give us a sweet deal...

Hi I am in the hunt for a gen 2 and am wondering if a well maintained crv with new tires, serpentine belt, brakes and rotors for 6700$ is a good deal? He said he would be able to lower by a few hundred dollars but this is on the high end of KBB 4800-6800.

  10. Mobile Electronics
Hi everyone! Brand new to the site and brand new Honda owner! I purchased a 2018 CRV-EX last Saturday and absolutely LOVE it! My only issue is with the SiriusXM. All was working fine, then a few days ago I got in, turned everything on and went to SiriusXM, instead of its normal look, it simply...

I'm going to be looking at a 2006 CRV with 207,000 miles and an O2 sensor that needs replacing. The body looks great in the pics and the guy seems very up front about answering every question I've had. It is priced at $2000 firm. Just wondering would this be a good 1st car for my 16 year old? I...
  12. Gen 5: 2017-2022 (UK 2018-2023) CR-V
Just reached 50,000 with my 2017 Honda CRV. Couple of updates: Hondata Reflash I did a Hondata reflash at 17K miles - no issues so far. Since the reflash the car is quicker and gas millage has been 30 to 34 MPG measured at the tank. Tires Replaced the stock Bridgestone’s with Michelin...
  13. Gen 3: 2007-2011 (UK 2008-2012) CR-V
2011 CRV w/105,000 miles. Got 30.1 MPG on last tank. Took it in for my oil change and they tried to sell me on new spark plugs and a new drive belt. Should I take the plunge on either? Both? Thanks for running a great forum. Lab in Texas

Hi everyone! Me again. I am now looking at 2017 vehicles to save cost and get the new tech, but I want to save some money on my monthly costs as well (I live in Brooklyn). Here's my question: I expect we will not drive more than 7,000 miles a year (IF THAT) -- is considering a 2017 with 25,000+...
  15. Gen 4: 2012-2016 (UK 2012-2017) CR-V
Just brought my 2016 Touring with 21,000 miles in for an oil change. During the multi point inspection I was informed, "rear pads are sticking very badly..uneven wear 4mm..rotors are rusted but can be saved today". I was also told by the service rep that "currently Honda's rotors are made from...

I have a 2017 1.5 turbo CRV AWD with 40,000 miles. The last 23,000 miles with a Hondata Flashpro CARB compliant reflash. Highs: • The service manager at my dealer said that the Hondata reflash does not void the warranty. • No reliability issues with the car • Extraordinary Performance with...
