Does anyone have specs or target templates for foglight / headlight aiming (distance/height)? I've seen these in GM shop manuals before. Does the manual for the V have these?

I have one headlight that is slightly out of alignment and not sure how to do it. I checked the manual and of course it said to have the dealer do it. I'm sure its not that difficult, so how do you do it and is there a specific tool I need?
