    Update: At 10,000 miles no more coolant has been lost, so the conclusion is that there was, indeed, an "air bubble" in the engine from the factory and that driving it up a long-steep hill at 60 mph with a load caused the bubble to move/collapse/purge. Hope this helps someone. ----- At 2,800...
