Why does the 2016 Touring not have an audio input jack to the sound system? Is there a way to input to the sound system other than Bluetooth?

I am curious why the top-of-the-line CR-V doesn't have the automatic wiper feature. Instead it has INTermittent wipers. The only thing that comes to mind is that perhaps the sensor area over the rear view mirror is already too full of gadgetry to fit anything else in there. What do you think?
