    Just bought a 2002 crv, 125,000 miles runs great, but when i first set the cruise control the rpm jump up and the engine revs. Then its fine, should i be concered about this
  2. Loud humming noise when rear wheel drive engages

    Performance Modifications
    1998 honda crv ex 5 speed awd. Since we had a nice snow storm in ny i got to utilize the awd in my crv. I noticed when one of the rear wheels start to spin it makes a loud humming. Once it stops slipping the sound is gone. Could it just need a differential fluid change? Any advice will help...

  4. AWD makes "bumping" sound when engages

    Hello, I have a 2011 CRV EX and when the AWD engages there is a "thud" sound upon intial onset of the AWD engaging. Is this normal and has anyone else experienced? To me it sounds like the rear drive shaft engaging but I am not sure......Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  5. 98 CRV (MT) makes Squawking sound when 4wd engages.

    My 1998 CRV LS with Maunal Transmission seems to be making a squawking sound when it get on a bit of loose ground and the front wheels start to spin. I thought it might be something to do with the 4wd Engaging but it also seems to appear when turning quickly on full lock. Wondered if anyone else...
  6. "Clunking" noise when 4wd engages

    I recently bought a 2000 AT CRV and when the 4wd engages when im on the beach i hear a loud "clunking" noise under the car in between the drivers and passengers seats. Any help would be great. Cheers, Matt
