I’ve followed all the steps to replace the expansion valve in my 2009 CR-V both in the engine compartment (refrigerant lines and retaining post) and in the dash, right down to removing the 9 self-tapping screws. The cover won’t come off. It’s loose but something seems to be holding it in place...
We are replacing the compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve and hoses on the vehicle. Can anyone point me to directions on accessing the evaporator/expansion valve? Can I get to them by taking out the glovebox and blower assembly?
