  1. Greetings & Introductions
My 2017 has 3 or 4 screens that are blank. I can't imagine ever filling these up. Is there a way to delete blank screens?
  2. Gen 5: 2017-2022 (UK 2018-2023) CR-V
This has been bugging me for awhile. Maybe I am missing something, but is there a way to direct dial a number using a keypad on the touchscreen? When I hit Phone all I get is favorites and call history. I can't find a way to direct dial, or work through an automated phone system (Press 1...
  3. Gen 5: 2017-2022 (UK 2018-2023) CR-V
How can I keep the last Driver Information Interface (DII) used? When I start the car the DII is blank. I can get the display back by pressing the "i" button on the steering wheel. However, it didn't do this when I first got the vehicle. The last display stayed on.

Since adding, and using Android Auto in my EX, when I start my car the DII is blank. I can get the display back by pressing the Display/Information button But I didn't have to do this when I first got it. Anyone else have this?

Still in the process of learning all the cool features of the 2017 CRV. One thing that I’ve found recently is that you can change the skin for the Screen Interface. You’ll find the instructions on page 278 in the owner’s manual. (Settings – System – Others – Change Skin) The alternative Skin...
  6. Gen 5: 2017-2022 (UK 2018-2023) CR-V
Hello everyone! I will be acquiring a 2017 CR-V AWD Touring sometime soon. I want to prepare for a road trip by buying a USB flash drive (or two) that will be compatible with the new CR-V's USB audio interface. Is anyone aware of the type of USB flash drive that is supported (USB 2.0 or 3.0)...

Hi All I have recently bought a Pioneer AppRadio4, which the retailer fitted in my 2005 CR-V. It is designed to be used with a Smart Phone - Android or Apple - and has four 'interface' cables that have been routed through to the glove box - two USB, one HDMI and one AUX 3.5mm jack. I would like...

Hello All, I just purchased a 2015 EX. Love the car but have problems with the user interface related to audio, in particular the music search feature. First: I connected my Windows Phone 8.1 to Bluetooth which went just fine. It synced the list of artists from phone to car. Later I changed...

I have a 2012 CRV with Pioneer NEX 8000, using PAC Audio RP4-HD11. Most of my stock features work, but lost a few things like Voice dial from Steering wheel controls. (Worked great with Honda OEM HU). Also radio stations presets do not scroll from station presets when using right-left arrows...

Hi All, I have a 2003 CRV with the factory double DIN in-dash 6 CD / AM-FM / Cassette radio. The CD player went out and I'm planning on replacing the unit with another stock unit to keep the factory look. I was planning on replacing the faulty unit with either another stock factory Double DIN...

Was wondering if there were factory or aftermarket software upgrades for the honda navigation system; mine is a 2010 EX-L, 4WD. I find that the factory system is confusing compared to other systems that I have used in the past. I know there are aftermarket nav. Systems, but would rather update...

Hi All, My 2008 CRV EX-L has this NAV unit P/N 39541-SWA-E020-M1: Have any of you with the same NAV fitted an XCarlink multimedia video interface? There are two to choose from: http://xcarlink.co.uk/product.php?productid=149&cat=3&page=1...

I wasn't able to find this in the search so I thought I'd post. Just got a 2012 CRV EX-L and noticed that when I connect it to my iphone 4 via the USB cable, it tends to freeze, the charging stops and I can't play anything from the Honda interface. If I shut the car off and on, it charges again...
  14. Trading Area
Hello, I'm mainly on AutGuide's ClubXterra forum, but figured I'd post this up here too. Due to a shipping error, I ended up with some extra iDatalink ADS-AL CA interface modules that make installing remote starts/alarm a lot easier. This helps in the newer CR-V's as it bypasses the immobilizer...

Anyone familiar with how to interface the MP3/iPhone jack on the center dash so that cell phone caller voices can be heard over the car radio? Thanks-

I'm new here, so I hope I've searched hard enough before asking this (so as to ward off any "search before asking, newb" replies), but has anyone had any success (or for that matter, trouble) with the Grom Audio iPod integration kit? They make several, but the one I'm referring to is found...

Hi all, wondering if somebody could help or shed any light on a difficultly I have. Recently purchased a Honda iPod interface from a Honda Dealer in Cork who confirmed to me that it was compatible with the 2nd generation iPod Touch. I got the interface fitted by a company in Waterford who fits...

Hello all, I just joined the forum. I have a 2008 black CRV. I just want to know if any one tried the Peripheral ISIM71 ipod interface in their CRV. I saw it at bestbuy and cost $149. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks...
