Updated Pics of my JDM 1998 CRV RD1 I'm running in Guyana. :)

I recently purchased a front mirror that fits on the passenger fender, it did not come with a mounting bracket that goes on the inside of the panel. I was wondering if anyone had installed this and can shed some light in how I should fabricate the bracket?

My 01 CRV is my first car and the plan is to get it to 300,000! I'm looking to buy in a rear parking mirror but cannot find any literature online about installation. Has anyone here installed one and can give any advice? Many thanks :)
