The reversing or back up camera on my 2007 CRV is loose and is probably rattling about. How is it held in place/how do you get access to it. I fear it maay be a case of removing the trim on the inside of the tailgate but before I do that would appreciate some help
  2. Gen 2: 2002-2006 (UK 2002-2007) CR-V
I have a 2003 Honda CR-V EX with 175,000 miles. I just found that this morning that the automatic gear shifter is loose after I release it from Park. I can still be able to shift to Drive, Neutral, and Park as before. Fortunately, I'm still able to drive. It is sturdy and tight as it should be...

  4. Gen 3: 2007-2011 (UK 2008-2012) CR-V
Hi All, On each side of the windscreen there is a black fitting that runs the full length of the windscreen. Its fixed to the roof and glued to some fixings part way down the run. Its these fixings that have come loose. This means when driving its very noisy so just wondering what I should use...

2018 EX. Anyone notice the armrest slides forward WAY too easily? If I come to a faster than normal stop, I tend to shift the armrest forward completely. Any way to tighten this?

So the spoiler on my CRV seems pretty loose. I can wiggle it around with light pressure. Is anyone else seeing this? I can't really take a picture to show the condition, but the looseness seems to be in the center of the spoiler.
  7. Gen 4: 2012-2016 (UK 2012-2017) CR-V
Has anyone had this happen on their CR-V? My mom has a 2015 LX. I first noticed staining at the rear driver side. Then we noticed the whole back is falling down some. It has about 33k miles, so still under original factory warranty. It was purchased CPO from a lousy dealership 2 years...

Not sure if something is loose or broken behind the panel, but the entire button area is a bit "wooblly". Is this intended, and if not how do I describe this issue to the dealership?
  9. Gen 5: 2017-2021 (UK 2018-2022) CR-V
Hi all, I've just got my new CRV. One of the first things that caught my attention was loose feeling in the steering wheel. Steering itself is find. However, it feels almost like the the steering wheel isn't properly secured. The movement isn't that big, may be a few millimeters, but enough to...
  10. Gen 5: 2017-2021 (UK 2018-2022) CR-V
I was running my dashcam cables yesterday in my new CRV and ran them down the A pillar, then squeezed them under the rubber / foam on the passenger side door (had to really peel it back to get in there). Construction appears very solid, even on the trim under the dash, could barely find any room...
  11. Gen 5: 2017-2021 (UK 2018-2022) CR-V
I just picked up my CR-V Monday. I'm very happy with it so far, especially given that my biggest complaint right now is that it doesn't seem to have a spot to organize loose change. I've spent less than an hour in the car so far, so I might have overlooked an obvious solution. Anyone have any...
  12. Gen 3: 2007-2011 (UK 2008-2012) CR-V
Have a 2008 with black interior, the mesh on top of dash starting to come loose right at the center hump. I was thinking of using black silicone adhesive to re-glue. Anybody have a better suggestion?
  13. Gen 4: 2012-2016 (UK 2012-2017) CR-V
I have a 2016 CRV Touring with about 2600 miles on it. There is a distinct vibration/rattling nose coming from the driver's footwell, I think near the parking brake. I have felt around and tapped different surfaces in the general area and can't seem to replicate the noise. The noise is most...
  14. Gen 2: 2002-2006 (UK 2002-2007) CR-V
On the passenger side of my '02 CR-V, I've noticed that the molding/garnish on the roof has come loose. I have not been able to push it back in, but I'm afraid to put too much pressure on it. Can someone give me pointers on how to best get it back in it's proper place? I'm attaching a photo...
