  1. Gen 4: 2012-2016 (UK 2012-2017) CR-V
For anyone with a 2012-2014. Ever since my car has been new it has has a shudder/vibration when accelerating from 25-30mph. The Dealership has done the tsb, which called for a computer update and trans flush, it got better but never completely went away. They eventually recommended replacing the...

Hello, this is my first post here. Long time lurker on this forum. I bought a brand new 2018 CR-V EX-L AWD last November. I've had the car for about 5 months and have approximately 1700 miles on it. When it reached 500 miles, it developed a strange whistling wind noise at highway speeds (70+...

Just bought an 02 for my daughter. Driving it home I noticed around 50-55 I get what sounds like a wind whistling noise in the front like from the hood. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and maybe fixed it?
  5. Gen 2: 2002-2006 (UK 2002-2007) CR-V
Hi My CRV has a vibration that can be felt through the car between 55 and 65mph, either side of those speeds it smooths out. I have had all 4 wheels balanced and swapped front to back, but no difference (no obvious lumps in the tyres when on the balancing machine) any other ideas please ?

Anybody know, or care to speculate, why the LKAS kicks out below 40 mph and can't be engaged below 45? I mean, obviously it's because it's programmed with these thresholds, but my question is why the thresholds are there in the first place. Is it something technical, or logic, or liability, or...
  7. Gen 3: 2007-2011 (UK 2007-2012) CR-V
2011 CR-V ~80k miles, A week ago I started noticing the steering wheel vibrating above 55mph while driving. Applying the brakes stops the vibrations, and then coasting will reintroduce them to the vehicle. When I looked up some causes, I noticed the most common suggestions were tire related...
  8. Gen 5: 2017-2022 (UK 2018-2023) CR-V
Is there any way to get the BSM to work below 20 MPH? I often drive in NYC, where it would be very, very useful. I'm not sure why Honda decided to disable this feature below 20 mph, it seems arbitrary. I'm sure there is a way to modify it with a software setting, does anyone know if that's an...
  9. Gen 2: 2002-2006 (UK 2002-2007) CR-V
Hello. At 115,000 miles my car would shudder when driven at a constant 45 mph. Honda said it was the torque converter and it was aggravating but would not fail quickly. It was OK at all other speeds. But I decided to go ahead and replace it. However, all the trans shops wanted to rebuild...
  10. Gen 5: 2017-2022 (UK 2018-2023) CR-V
A new problem popped up today, the most worrying thus far. I usually drive in fairly congested areas, so I seldom go very fast. But this weekend, we went away and had a chance to drive it at higher speeds on the highway for an extended time. The car exhibits a very strong vibration accompanied...
