My CR-V came from Florida and all of the speakers were dry rotted out so I've been slowly replacing the really bad ones. Now I'm onto the stuff that I just want to replace rather than need to replace. I want to do something with the built in subwoofer, I could check myself by removing the seat...

I apologize if this has been asked and answered but I was unable to find anything. If I replace my instrument cluster with a used one, will it work and will the car crank? I read in one seller’s comments on eBay that the replacement might have to be programmed for it to work in the car. I have a...

Myself and my family have owned many Hondas that me and my dad do all the maintenance on so I am kind of mechanically inclined but with these new things car manufacturers are adding, I feel like I'm clueless on how to maintain my car 😂. Anyways, does anyone know if the electronic parking brake...

2005 CR-V EX, 136.000 miles. I'm right in the middle of doing a valve adjustment, and I have a question. I hope a few of you can answer quickly. I've done valve adjustments before on my 65 VW back in the 70's (cork gaskets, valves with every 3,000 mi. oil change!) and came up adjusting points...

I have a 2WD 2014 CRV. I was going to change the rear differential fluid but looking under my car I don't see anything that looks like what I've seen in the YouTube video. Does the 2WD 2014 not have a rear differential?

Sorry if something like this has been discussed, I searched and couldn't find anything. Recently we've developed a weird clicking/buzzing sound from the left vent area when I hit certain bumps. Doesn't matter if the fan is running or not...almost sounds like a June bug flutters it's wings in...

My current 2015 Navigation system is way out of date. Has anyone upgraded to the 2019 Navigation (PINK) DVD? And if so, is it worth the $149.00? (2019 PINK USB MAP UPDATE VC.H0 150) Thanks!

Hello all, ran into a issue while changing my plugs today. Cylinder 3 has oil all over it, and the coil is covered in oil. I know that mean I need a new valve cover gasket. Any how, I picked up the gasket, and now need help deciding on putting the right RTV sealant on. I picked up permatex ultra...

So I recently bought a 12v vacuum for use in the car. Something small I can store in the car to clean up occassional messes. The instructions say that for better power to the vacuum to start the engine (as opposed to just turning on the car to accessory mode). So my question is, what is it...

Hi, I just changed my wife's CRV rear differential fluid and this is the second time. The first fluid change, I noticed the the unused Dual Pump II fluid color was like honey. For the the second time, I noticed that the color of the unused fluid is like pink or light red. I still have the...

I couldn't find any info on this. I'm in the US and as far as I know Canadian models come with the cargo 12v plug. Have any US users located the wiring? Is it even prewired? My last few cars, I've had it in the trunk, and I could use it in this one too. My last resort would be to piggyback the...

Hope this is in the right place. So I’m a life long Honda lover and just recently purchased my first CRV. It’s a 2004, pretty plain but it does me well. Anyways obviously there isn’t much aftermarket support(compared to other Honda models) but I keep getting the urge to modify something...

Am planning on replacing most of my AC system in steps. First evacuating, then several days later replacing under the dash, then several days later another part etc. The question is, will it be drive-able in between steps? Will any of these steps cause the condenser to lock? The belt to freeze?

Hello, I just installed a Sony XAV-AV1000 head unit in my 09 CRV but have no idea how to wire the light green parking brake wire, suggestions? Thank you!

What does this number mean? On some Sirius stations the 1’ 35” is replaced with the word Live. If I choose a different preset and return to the original preset many times the numbers are replaced. Sometimes the numbers are different. Thanks.

Ok first off I have no NEED to remove mine. Normally no desire to either. However due to the fact we are moving to St Louis from northwestern Illinois over the next couple months, I will be towing a smallish trailer to accomplish this. Obviously as has been done for those that chose to...

Hello everyone! I was all set to buy a 2019 CR-V EX today but last night I came across the oil dilution issue and it's got me worried. When I zeroed in on the CR-V my car-knowledgeable friends told me to pay the slight premium for the EX rather than the getting the base LX. But, now I'm back...

I tried to save some $$ and I replaced the leaking power steering pump and alternator on my own. Got everything back together and started and ran fine for about 20 minutes. Now having horribly low idle to the point of stalling. Could I have damaged throttle body with anything I did?? I burped...

Does anyone else feel as if the fan speed on high doesn’t blow as much as it used to before the fix? I remember on high it used to be a little loud. I no longer keep the fan speed below the mid mark once the car is warmed up. Anyone else notice the difference?
