  1. Mobile Electronics
When I use the steering wheel control to move from the radio to my music on a thumb stick in the USB port the volume goes from normal on the radio to max volume on the USB. Is there a way to "pre-set" the USB volume to save my ears? Thanks.

Maps guidance volume is only adjustable from 0-11, while other audio sources are adjustable from 0-40. (Using CarPlay from iPhone 7 connected by USB cable.) When playing music or a podcast, with volume set to 15 or more, the map guidance is too low to be heard. Already tried setting...
  3. Gen 5: 2017-2021 (UK 2018-2022) CR-V
I have an odd problem (as usual). I set my guidance volume at 11. A few weeks later, I notice that it's getting very hard to hear the voice prompts, so I check the setting and it mysteriously shows the guidance volume set at 3 or 4. I haven't made any changes. This has happened repeatedly. I am...

When my headlights on and I leave the door open, the car beeps (as it does when the seat belt is not on). Is it possible to change the volume of the beeping sound? If so, how?
  5. Problems & Issues
Is anyone still having this issue or has it been resolved? We just purchased a 2018 CR-V EX-L in November, and we love everything EXCEPT that when CarPlay is connected, the Call Ringer Volume seems to be at 100% and almost blows us out of the car. Settings on the phone do not seem to effect...

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the navigation volume? Also, where can I change the nav voice. Thank you.

Vehicle: 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L w/o Navigation (Purchased 3 Weeks Ago) Phone: iPhone 7 Plus iOS: 11.0.2 Like many others, my problem with CarPlay was the ringer volume. I'd be driving along listening to SirusXM radio or perhaps Pandora, when a call would come in. The ringer would scare the crap...

All, Have you all figured out how to adjust the Apple CarPlay volume setting when you are receiving a phone call? I can't figure out how to lower the notification when receiving a phone call. I would love the "ring" to be set at the same volume my radio is. It's really annoying because when...
  9. Problems & Issues
My steering wheel volume control stopped working today and now I cannot adjust the volume. I also cannot change the radio channels since it says "audio function off" when I scroll to the audio control.
  10. Gen 5: 2017-2021 (UK 2018-2022) CR-V
Can someone tell me why you cannot raise the guidance volume beyond what is in the settings? When you have music playing it is difficult to hear either the built-in Nav or Apple maps.

When I got my car exactly 6 months ago the oil was extremely clear and hard to see on the orange dipstick. (I dislike the dipstick but I noticed that one side has two holes and the other side has two holes and two indentations, one beyond each of the holes.) Using various light sources and...
  12. Dear Honda:
On my 2017 crv the navigation volume will not go past 11 forcing you to not have radio volume pass 11.makes the navigation voice useless on a trip. Please update the software.

Had just started driving from the dentist and tried turning the volume control down for the radio. Nothing changed. I then tried adjusting it from the steering wheel vol control and still no go. I pressed the vol control knob to turn the entertainment system off and then back on again; still no...

I have my sub-woofer volume all the way up but can't hear it. I put my ear right up against it and it is working but seems very low. Has anyone experienced this?

I don't have dog ears or cat eyes anymore and wondering if there is a volume setting for the warning beeps, BSM, Cross Traffic, etc on the 2017 CRV Touring. thanks in advance

I have the 2014 EX-L and an iPhone 6s. When I try to listen to podcasts through Bluetooth, I have to turn the CR-V's volume control up to the max (40), and it's still not quite loud enough. I do not have the same problem when listening in our Toyota Camry. In the Camry, the volume is the same as...
