make sure the rear door turns on and off the rear light,even if the bulb is burned out or the switch is set to off if the rear door switch is broken or needs a shim it will cause the PCM/BCM to not go into sleep mode and drain the battery over night because of the parasitic draw maybe same on the door switches too but I have only seen it happen on the rear door switch ,should have under 50MA draw after sleep mode

If that doesn't fix it, obtain a VOM meter and look for a parasitic drain.

Lots of generic YouTube vids. Basically, after waiting 30 - 60 min, measure current drain across the battery. Remove one fuse at a time. When the current draw stops, investigate the components on that circuit.
