You're right, not an LX because it has tinted windows.
And because part of the bumper covers are painted the same color as the body it's an SE.
The hard spare tire cover was also standard on the SE, although it was available as an accessory you could add to an EX or LX.

An SE was between LX and EX.

In the US the LX was the lowest trim level and the SE was the highest trim level.
