Hello,

I'm about to overhaul the Front Brake Caliper (replace boots en rings) of mij 2006 CR-V (16" rims).

In order to do so, I have to determine which brake disc type I'm dealing with: 14" Brake disc type (AD57-14) or 15" Brake disc type (AD57-15).
(As written in HONDA CRV SHOP MANUAL)
I can't find out which part should measure 14" or 15": neither de rims or the brake discs itselves (they measure about 12" (300mm)) are one of these two sizes.

Does anyone knows how I can be sure which type is on my CR-V? I already ordered pieces which seem to fit the 15" type, but I don't want to take the chance of having the wrong pieces while the caliper is already taken out.. :)

European (Holland). Ok, so those numbers belong to the pads. Tnx.

Still the problem how I can determine which type caliper (and therefore which set of boots and rings) is on my car?

And where does the size 14" or 15" of the brake disk type is about?
