I have replaced my drivers side window motor twice. This last time, I pulled the motor and noticed I couldn't even roll the window down by hand by pushing on the window. I took a bunch of white lithium grease and it seemed to help by putting it in the tracks. Worked maybe a day. Do these go bad? Could it just be the rubber?

Be sure that the tracks are aligned & tracks are clean of any debris. Also check for rust buildup behind the rubber tracks. If there is binding on the rubber tracks this will shorten the life of the window motor. Most likely you have build up of some sort behind the rubber moulding.
