My CR-V barely starts; Will stall at idle, and revs are rough at best. CEL is flashing, and I have P0341 (Camshaft Pos. A Circuit....), P0301 through P0304

I've only owned it since August 2017, and I know it was treated badly (paid almost nothing for it)

This actually happened in February this year, but I have a spare car, and decided to leave it as a summer job.

Given the bad care it received, is it likely the timing chain has stretched to the point of causing this? If so, will replacing the timing chain and tensioner bring it back to life, or is this just a very large door stop at this point?

It *does* start, which gives me some hope.....
