To remove and repair the instrument panel, it appears I need to first remove the panel piece that runs under the steering wheel (and 18" either direction) I've removed the screw in the fuse box and the other in the coin tray. I am to the "gently pull it off from the clips" phase where it should come off. Ain't happening. If I pull any harder something is going to snap.
What do those hidden "clips" back there look like, where are they, and is there a tool to slip in that somehow disengages them?
