I’m having issues with my 2002 CRV temperature. I already changed 1 fan, cleaned the radiator and changed the thermostat but when I’m climbing a hill or when stoped in traffic the temperature rise. Does anyone have an idea on what should I do?

And if left to idle does the temp ever go up to operating range? And which fan did you change? How did you clean the radiator? What lead you to think it was a thermostat issue as well? We need some background history here to see what else to look at?

I assume you just changed the parts in the hope it would be fixed??
That means you know that it will get hot but you do not know the reason why??

Does the radiator fan turn on when engine is hot?
Can you turn on the AC and see both fans running?
Note: Sometimes seeing the fans turn on does not mean it is pulling enough air
Thru the fins of the radiator to cool the coolant.
Keep fingers away from rotating fan blades

Did you check the level of the coolant?
Note: Do not open radiator cap when engine is hot.
There is a danger of letting out super hot coolant all over the place
You do not want to be burned by hot coolant.
