Can anyone tell how to sefly remove ABS sensor?

These sensors seem to commonly get 'stuck'. Then, they break during removal. arn:

I'd be prepared to replace it!

They are very hard to remove, I've had a few break on myself. Best to gently move it back and fourth and pray it's not seized in there (will most likely be though) I had to just break it and pull the old one out.
