You rev it to 3000 RPM in park? o_O

Verify:
No loose or cracked vacuum lines (diagram underhood)
Clean throttle body. If dirty, clean it by wiping (NOT spraying) and do the Idle Learn Procedure.
You don't mention mileage, but proper spark plugs and a valve lash adjustment do wonders for the way the engine runs.

Any Check Engine codes?

When I first start the crv it will run good for a minute but after a minute it will rev up to 2500 rpms and act like it hit rev limiter
what codes and what VTEC solenoid got replaced (location) ,the 05 is throttle by wire TAC or ETC , no idle air valve used ,sounds like the valve timing is moving around causing the erratic RPM also when you have a scanner hooked up is this happening only when it goes into closed loop (live data ) is there a p0341 or p0122 ? a malfunctioning intake runner can do that too but should have a p0661,p1077
