Hello CR-V Gurus!

I've got a 2006 CR-V EX FWD that is starting to chirp or squeak. Not sure it is just the serpentine belt
or if maybe it could be the tensioner pulley? It has 135K miles. And It only does this when the motor is cold.
After it warms up the noise seems to disappear.

Any ideas?

My 02 did the same thing............I changed both and it was the end of the story. All the auto parts stores have the pulley.

Check the ac belt tensioner pulley. They can squeal and chirp when cold and then get quiet. Time to replace it in the near future.
Some have had it do that for several yrs with no major problem, but others were not so lucky.

Thanks for the info! New belt seemed to quite it back to normal! If I need to replace the
pulley, it should not be that big of deal.

Cheers!
