2008 Honda CRV 2.0L FWD

I'm planning on upgrading my suspensions to Silver's Neomax Coilovers. Their default spring rates for CRV specs are 14k front 12k rear. I'm still hesitant to buy this because I think these spring rates are too high. Does anyone know the stock spring rates so I could use it as a basis?
