Looking for some advice. Does anyone have any suggestions/experience about better to have just touchscreen/bluetooth and use phone's sat nav through it, or go with a radio unit that can incorporate one? Also good reliable units and rough price ranges? Any suggestions around companies that supply and fit replacement units and I'm guessing a reversing camera upgrade - South London/Surrey area. Thanks in advance for any help they can give?

Definitely use navigation through a phone--the maps never become outdated, and you can also get live traffic conditions. I've put a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX in my '09 and it has performed nicely. Stick to a major brand (Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, etc.) and avoid the no-name Chinesium disposable trash sold on AliExpress and you'll be doing well.
