Hello all,

My 2009 CRV EX doesn't currently have heated side mirrors, and I will be moving to a snowy place soon. Would I be able to simply change out my existing mirrors for heated versions, or would i need some special wiring to get power to the heating elements in the mirrors?

Thank you for the help.

Unless you have the heated mirror button near your climate control, I don't think changing to a heated mirror will do the trick. Unless you willing to do some wiring.

Yeah, it would be cool if all that stuff was plug and play.

Yeah the relay, switches, wires and labor would all make it probably far too expensive and troublesome to truly be worth it. Sad too because I really liked that feature in my last 2 vehicles

Unfortunately, heated mirror was a luxury feature for this CRV of this vintage. Gotta step up to EX-L just to get that heated seat and mirror.
I wish it would have comes with mirror blinker like the euro Crv.
