Hello! Just purchased my first Honda and loving it so far! First thing I did was buy an aftermarket stereo. While installing it, I was bummed to find out that the handy female USB port above the glove compartment and aux cable hookup in the cinsole were both lumped in with proprietary wire harnesses that went into the OEM stereo. Is there ANY way to use either of those things with my aftermarket stereo? Thanks!

Yes, splice in the appropriate wires to create an adapter between your new head unit and the jacks. You'll need a wire diagram for the 2010, and the wiring with the appropriate connectors on the end. You might want to see if you can get a wire harness for the vehicle connector, rather than cutting the cars wires to connect the USB and Aux adapters.

Be really certain you are connecting the correct wires, else you might fry things.
