2012 CRV AWD warning light and BAT light on

Hi. Has anyone had this issue? They came on together. no other problems. Battery tested 12.5v, running 14v. Replaced anyway since 5 yr old. didn't help. Replaced AWD relay in hatchback. didn't help.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried to reset the CEL? It might just need resetting. Was anything done before this happened?
