I just bought a used CRV and I can't seem to access the wifi info or delete the previous owner's phone, or add mine. Anyone?

WiFi? Didn't know the car has wifi, 2012? I know you can't change Bluetooth unless the car is in park.

Some folks (like my wife) often get these 2 non-wired areas confused.
