Parents have a 2012 CR-V LX that does nothing when pressing the Talk button.
I've tried pushing and holding the button a variety of times. Doesn't feel loose or mushy at all. We did try the HFL self-diagnostic by holding the back button for 5 seconds and the system announced that it was functioning normally.
Anything else we should try?
