Hondas do not have internal transmission filters as most USA transmissions do.

If you are inquiring about the small external filter fitted to many later Honda automatics, there is no recommended replacement interval. Many owners replace them 'just because'.

I do believe that Honda CRVs do have an internal AT filter that requires the tranny to be removed to service: SO, it basically is not serviceable and not to be worried about. If it ever gets clogged, you tranny was most likely toast anyways.

You should be able to find a youtube vid, if needed, if you do decide to change the external atf filter (not much of a filter anyways).
Here is a vid on just changing the ATF on a 2012 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oItpcOJLuA
