Wow, the exact same noise from my propeller shaft....on my 2012 AWD. Are you sitting down? You potentially have 2 options if this is your problem. One , remove the propeller shaft permanently and you now have front wheel drive only. Or two….replace the shaft like I did for $2188 and that was a discounted price by the Honda dealer. You may be able to get a better price from a non Honda Dealer repair shop. If you are really lucky it may be the half shaft bearing which still cost me $677 . The easiest way to find out if this is your issue is to have the dealer remove the propeller shaft and drive your CRV without it for a week to see if the noise stays away which is what I did. If it is your heater blower motor you will hear the noise while the vehicle is stationary. Good luck!
