The SRS red light does not go off. It was diagnosed, the error was:
B0079-11 Short to ground in the driver's seat belt outer lap tensioner
The error was reset from the system but unfortunately, today the red light is again on.

That's the first time I've heard of that. I bet the dealer just sprayed some cleaner into the tensioner in the B pillar.

Bring it back and tell them 'Strike Two".

Also, look up the seatbelt system warranty, sometimes they are quite a bit longer than the vehicle warranty...

Seat belts are covered under hondas warranty for life of car except when abused etc.
