Looking for diagram or video how to replace serpentine belt for honda crv 2015.

You don't mention the number of miles you've covered but serpentine belt replacement always start by releasing the tensioner and removing the old belt.
But before you go there, get a new belt, tensioner and diagram the route the belt takes.

But I don't know why the author made his own tool. I've used the Harbor Freight tool, item#63689, on several different cars, has worked well, so far. Less than $20 USD

Thanks for the video. But this video shown 2014 not 2015 model. I'm sure they're not the same engine but same belt diagram?

The Accord used the DI engine from 2013. Perhaps this vid provides the insight you desire?
