Ok, maybe I'm imagining things, but has anyone else who owns a 2015 notice that sometimes the windshield wipers don't work as fast as they should on the first setting? Then other times they are fine? Also, I have them set at normal delay.

Do you have an EX? I believe the EX includes speed-sensitive wipers that will change speed with the vehicle.
I do have the EX, I know they include the (Variable Intermittent Wipers). I did not know they were speed sensitive however.

Per the OM (page 164 (165 in PDF)):

Models with intermittent time adjustment ring
If the vehicle speeds up while the wipers are operating intermittently, the length of the wipe interval shortens. When the vehicle starts moving, the wipers make a single sweep.
When the vehicle speeds up, the wiper operation's shortest delay setting (symbol] and the LO setting become the same.

Thanks, I know on even my last Honda, as you mentioned above, the wipers always pass when you are stopped then let go of the brake. I like that feature.
