2015 Dobinsons Coil Lift

Did some work to improve handling, and clearance. My favorite parts are the Megan Racing 2-way adjustable sway bars, relatively stiff in the rear, coupled with the smooth and sturdy Moog end links . They addressed the understeer and body roll when cornering, especially on those 270* highway ramps. The effective lift measured at the front and rear tow hooks was as advertised at plus 1.5 inches.

Czech out the gram for future build updates including Motegi MR118 18x8 ++ BFGoodrich KO2 ++ AEM Cold Intake

Hey there. Thinking of doing a similar setup on my 2nd gen, wanted to ask you a couple questions. With the dobinsons springs, should I install a engine/transmission drop kit? Or have the axles been ok in your experience so far? Also, is there anything you would have done differently? Thanks, and cool car!!!

I had a set of Dobbinsons on my Gen 2 (2005) when I lived in Jamaica, and they were great. No engine/tranny drop kit needed. Axles were fine and according to Dobbinsons rep, stock shocks/struts are ok to use too. The only thing I needed were adjustable upper control arms to properly align. I highly recommend them. I'm getting a set for my new (2006) as soon as the come back into stock.

Awesome man. I appreciate the info! Do you have a particular brand of adjustable upper control arms that you reccomend? Or does it not matter as much? Thanks
No. Just purchased a set off amazon. They're basically all the same.
