If you found the write up on that TSB, you found that the vibration elimination consisted of three 'modes' that could have been applied.

One fix was said (by Honda) to reduce MPG by a small amount. (0.070- MPG?)

The TSBs don't expire, but warranties do.

IMO Honda did you a favor with the offer.


Remember, TSB means Technical Service Bulletin...a document that is designed to reduce diagnosis and problem resolution time. Independent shops can subscribe to this information as well...
